Payment Policy
It is the policy of GRAPHIC REVOLUTIONS, LLC to collect from the customer 50% of the amount of the order PRIOR TO BEGINNING PRODUCTION on the order, whether by credit card or company check. It is also the policy of GRAPHIC REVOLUTIONS, LLC to collect from the customer the remaining balance including any additional charges associated with the order for which the customer had not previously been invoiced (i.e., shipping and handling charges, setup and art charges, overruns )once the products have been shipped. In those instances where GRAPHIC REVOLUTIONS, LLC agrees to offer alternative payment arrangements, the full amount of the order, if not previously paid, shall be due and payable within fifteen (15) days after the date the order is shipped. Beginning on the 16th day after shipment, a late charge equal to $15 per month and simple interest at a rate equal to 1% per month will be assessed with respect to all past due amounts. A $50 fee shall be charged to customers for checks returned due to insufficient funds.

Product Information
Specifications and all product information, including pricing information, that pertain to products presented on the Company's web site are subject to change at any time without notice. GRAPHIC REVOLUTIONS, LLC shall not be held responsible for typographical errors pertaining to pricing or other matters on the Company's web site. The prices that appear on the Company's web site do not include additional charges for such items as shipping and art services. From time to time, certain products presented on the Company's web site may be out of stock or discontinued.

Overages and Shortages
While GRAPHIC REVOLUTIONS, LLC and its vendors try to produce customers’ orders in the exact quantity requested, this is not always possible due to quality control efforts and fast running machines. As a result, GRAPHIC REVOLUTIONS, LLC reserves the right to ship, and invoice for, up to 15% over or under the requested quantity.

Limitation of Liability
GRAPHIC REVOLUTIONS, LLC shall not be held liable to any customer for lost profits or loss of business, or for any other consequential, special or indirect damages, even if the Company had been advised previously of the possibility of such damages. Title to goods ordered passes from GRAPHIC REVOLUTIONS, LLC to the customer upon shipment from the factory en route to the customer. GRAPHIC REVOLUTIONS, LLC shall not be held responsible for delays in shipping due to the fault of the carrier or to acts of God or other circumstances beyond the control of the Company.
